I have many patterns for infants even under 1 pound. Sadly, I am called upon on occasion to make a garment for one of these tiny angels to be buried in.Sometimes there are physical deformities that require pattern changes and this can be done as well. If I have to stop and sew something so it can go out by air delivery, that is what I will do. I can do special outfits for the babies still quite tiny but finally able to leave the hospital. I have many patterns for average and large size babies as well.
